We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming paragliding trip to Vietnam, featuring two breathtaking flying sites that offer a perfect blend of scenic beauty, flying variety, and skill development.

 

📍 Trip Overview

1. DoiBu833 (South) – Gentle Hills & Warm-Up Flights
Nestled in the southern highlands, DoiBu833 is a serene and beginner-friendly site surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery. The take-off area offers smooth launches and forgiving terrain, making it ideal for gear checks, warm-up flights, and foundational coaching. The calm morning air and wide landing zones provide a safe and confidence-building environment for newer pilots.

 

2. TamDao (North) – Mountain Majesty & XC Potential
Located in the misty mountains north of Hanoi, TamDao is a stunning site known for its dramatic ridgelines, deep valleys, and expansive XC routes. The take-off sits above a forested slope with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Thermals here are consistent and strong, offering excellent opportunities for cross-country flights. Pilots can expect longer airtime, dynamic conditions, and coaching focused on XC strategy and thermal navigation.

• DoiBu833: Launch techniques, flight safety, gear setup, and basic thermalling.
• TamDao: XC route planning, thermal centering, and flight strategy.
