Indonesia Paragliding Trip 2026 — Lombok
May 8 – May 15

Join Red Dot Paragliding for a week of coastal soaring and mountain flying in Lombok, Indonesia, with a small-group format limited to 8 Red Dot pilots. Weather and team competency permitting, the trip aims to cover three flying areas: Sembalun (Dewi Anjani) as the primary site, Kuta (including Prabu, Areguling and Merese) for coastal soaring, plus an optional Mount Rinjani hike‑&‑fly adventure.
Why Lombok?
- ◈ Sembalun (Dewi Anjani) is positioned as the primary site—a beginner-friendly area with reasonable XC potential.
- ◈ Kuta’s coastline offers local soaring sites across multiple launches (Prabu / Areguling / Merese).
- ◈ For those seeking a bigger objective, Mount Rinjani is planned as a hike‑&‑fly option (conditions and logistics permitting).
Programme (Subject to weather)
- ◈ May 08 – Arrival, check‑in (Kuta), coastal flying at Prabu.
- ◈ May 09 – Merese coastal flying.
- ◈ May 10 – Areguling coastal flying.
- ◈ May 11 – Transfer to Sembalun, check‑in, leisure XC.
- ◈ May 12–13 – Option window for Mount Rinjani hike‑&‑fly (camping/campfire & summit plan) or leisure XC.
- ◈ May 14 – Leisure XC.
- ◈ May 15 – Transfer to airport, departure.
What’s included (and not included)
- ◈ Included logistics cover ground transport (mini bus + pickup truck with drivers), guide fees, and entrance fees.
- ◈ Not included: meals/refreshments and air tickets.
- ◈ An optional 2D1N Rinjani hike‑&‑fly add‑on includes structured support such as briefing, registration/health screening, a long hike with porter/guide, local pilot support, permits, camping equipment, transport, meals/drinks during ascent, and first aid.
